NV MONTSARRA, Cava – Penedès, Spain
A dry style, with a nose of sourdough bread, apples and pine nuts. Finishes with a hint of pineapple.

NV  FRANCOIS MONTAND “Blanc de Blanc”, Chardonnay – Gascony, France
Nose of apples and white peaches, with a hint of baked bread.

NV MAISON AMBROISE, Crémant de Bourgogne, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay – Burgundy, France
Skinned peaches, muddled apples and flint blend with faint citrus notes. A snappy and lively Crémant.

2009 RUFFINO Orvieto Classico, Grechetto / Trebbiano – Umbria, Italy
Fresh and delicate, with hints of pears and white flower blossoms. Dried sunflower seeds and an easy minerality complement honeydew pulp on the finish.

2007 CHÂTEAU MARJOSSE, Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon – Bordeaux, France
White grapefruit, green apples, honeydew melon and a hint of lemon combines with beeswax to create a wine of incredible balance.

2008 SAINTE FLEUR “Triennes”, Viognier – Provance, Southern France
Pleasing aromas of apricot, honeysuckle and honey. The texture balances nicely between rich fruit and?a mineral backbone.

2009 NOVELLUM, Chardonnay – Côtes Catalanes, France
Mostly unoaked, but aged on Viognier skins for richness and seductive, perfumed aromas. Ripe banana and tangerine peel along with a refreshing and clean yellow pear.

2009 CHAUMETTE, Chardonel Reserve – Saint Genevieve, Missouri
Forget any bias—this is seriously well-made wine. Aromas of peach, citrus, vanilla, orange marmalade and a hint of fig. Aged in French oak barrels for a creamy mouthfeel.

2009 D’ARENBERG “The Hermit Crab”, Viognier / Marsanne – Adelaide, South Australia
Expressive and rich, with orange peel, candied ginger, apricot and citrus notes. Peaches, baking spices and a nutty complexity, with a lovely balance of weight and acidity.

2008 CHANSON, Pinot Noir – Burgndy, France
Intense aromas of red currant and mushrooms, along with a hint of spice. Complex and lively, this refreshing wine maintains a purity of fruit against a classic Burgundian backdrop.

2007 LES GENÊTS “Chusclan”, Grenache / Syrah Blend – Côtes du Rhône Villages, France
An understated nose of pomegranate seeds meets ripe raspberry, mushrooms and a juicy palate of plums. Firm and smooth, finishing with oregano flakes.

2008 ERRAZURIZ “Single Vineyard”, Carménère – Aconcagua, Chile
Notes of sweet spice and chocolate lead into black fruit, black pepper, roasted red peppers and cinnamon. The tannins are soft and ripe, contributing to a long, rich finish.?

A complex aromatic expression, revealing ripe stewed fruit with notes of black currant.?Spicy scents of cedar and tobacco subtly combined with roasted coffee, licorice and cocoa.

2008 BODEGAS CARO “Amancaya”, Malbec / Cabernet Sauvignon — Mendoza, Argentina
This collaboration between Nicolas Catena and Barons de Rothschild creates a harmonious balance between Argentine and Bordeaux styles. Appealing black cherries, smoke, plums, vanilla, cedar, earth and soft tannins.

2009 GEMTREE “Bloodstone”, Shiraz – McLaren Vale, Australia     
Intense blackberry and raspberry jam along with grilled peaches, milk chocolate and a sprinkle ?of black pepper. Soft, velvety tannins on the finish.?

2009 APALTAGUA “Reserva”, Pinot Noir – Curio Valley, Chile
Firm cherries, deep red raspberries and dried rose petals, with a dash of black pepper ?and smoked paprika. Earthy and well-structured. 

2006 REX HILL “Reserve”, Pinot Noir – Willamette Valley, Oregon
Dark cherries, orange pulp and baking spices. Black fruits and dried sage join in on the palate.?2006 was a warm vintage, contributing a great depth of color and flavor.

2006 DIERBERG, Pinot Noir – Santa Maria Valley, California
Blackberries, Provençal herbs and wet stone combine with coffee and vibrant acidity. ?Ripe, dense fruit with mouthwatering balance.

2008 ORNELLIA “Le Volte”, Super Tuscan Blend, IGT – Tuscany, Italy
From one of the most famed Super Tuscan producers, offering dried black cherries, Italian herbs and leather on the smooth finish. A blend of New and Old World styles. 

2006 RIOFAVA Barolo, Nebbiolo – Piedmont, Italy
Rose petals, anise, wild blackberry and a whisper of smoke combine with meaty notes ?and just the right amount of earth. The finish is long and enchanting.

2006 GIUSEPPE CAMPAGNOLA, Amarone della Valpolicella – Verona, Italy     
Made from over-ripe grapes dried on straw mats. Incredibly juicy and jammy, with rich, ?raisined fruit and dried dates. Mouth-filling and potent, ending with velvety fruit tannins.

2007 RUBUS “Old Vine”, Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley, California
Very classic in style, offering blackberry, currents and vanilla. Nice grip on the finish, ?with a touch of milk chocolate. 

2006 LADERA, Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley, California
The  grapes come from high-altitude vineyards, contributing dark black fruits, cocoa and a green leaf component. Light baking spices and a gripping structure finishes with bell pepper.

2008 TWENTY ROWS, Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley, California
Pencil lead, tomato plant leaves and crushed Smarties candy. Soft red fruits transform into confident tannins dusted with cocoa powder and white pepper. ?

NV RARE WINE COMPANY “New York”, Malmsey Madeira – Madeira, Portugal      
Coffee, toffee and date notes emerge, followed by earthy and truffle flavors. Incredibly rich, with dark fruitcake and dry spice that balances the sweetness. Powerful and assertive.

NV QUADY’S BATCH 88 “Starboard”, Port-style Dessert Wine – Madera, California
Smooth and soft, with a slightly spicy bouquet of chocolate and roasted pistachios. A juicy raisin character carries into a deeper impression of stewed plums and salted caramel.

NV YALUMBA “Museum Reserve”, Muscat – Victoria, South Australia 
Deep tawny in color, with notes of rose petal, ginger & orange peel, and a hint of raisined fruit. The palate has a soft, luscious texture with rich spices lingering on the finish.
