Made in a dry style, with flavors of pear, green & Gala apples, and lemon pulp. The finish is lush and juicy, with a touch of minerality.

Very clean, with notes of canned peaches, aloe vera, pear, white pepper and spiced quince. The viognier brings the perfume; the roussane a viscous mouthfeel. The finish holds on forever.

Mostly unoaked, but aged on Viognier skins for richness and seductive, perfumed aromas. Ripe banana and tangerine peel along with a refreshing and clean yellow pear.
